Registration:

Deadline for registration:

April 15, 2018

Reservations made after this date will be charged at the increased rate of $135.00. For paper registrations, this will be taken from the post mark on the envelope.


Payment:

Payment for conference activities can only be made by check. Checks are to be made out to Pikes Peak 99s and mailed to the address below.

Cancellation:

Registration:  If a registrant needs to cancel their booking refunds are based on the date the cancellation is received.  If cancellation is received via email or in writing dated:
  • On or before February 28, 2018 registrant will receive full refund less $50.00
  • Between March 1st and March 31, 2018, registrant will receive full refund less $75.00
  • NO refunds will be given after April 1, 2018.

Hotel: Guests may cancel individual reservations 72 hour prior to the arrival date without penalties.

Optional Tours: A $20.00 processing fee will be charged for tour cancellations prior to April 1, 2018. No refund will be issued unless ticket resold.
